It's easier to follow someone than to try to work out a system, or even try to decode someone else's system. And blindly following someone is a mistake. Zeev's post you linked to however was not relevant to that point. Although the speed of his trades make them difficult to follow, he does explain what some of his indicators are and how to choose entry and exit points. So I would agree he uses a system rather than just makes predictions. It so happens that part of his system is to come up with targets for, amongst other things, stocks and indices. But these are waypoints rather than objectives. In fact, I don't recall Zeev ever having reported a trade on an index tracker, future or option.
