Thats where being a judge comes into play. It seems to me when we have mandatory sentencing that certain people end up going to jail for too long or not long enough. We need the judge to judge correctly for a change based on the unique information he has. There are too man variables in each case to just use blanket coverage sentencing. I really don't know what the right answer is.
