<< Well, sorry, replace "USA" with "UK" or any other modern country in the world. >>

When you single out the US, and make inaccurate accusations, it is America bashing, and confrontational.

A country cannot be all things to all people. In America, anyone can walk into certain hospital emergency rooms and get treatment.

You said: "You know as well as do that whole loads of people die in the USA because they do not get appropriate treatment soon enough."

I have many, many complaints about the medical system in the US. Litigation has caused our health care cost to skyrocket, imho. Many hard working people cannot afford health insurance. It really stinks!

And, there are people who die because they can't get the good and timely care. But, your statement of "whole loads of people die", is exaggeration and seems meant to bash America.
