This is big news. First Data is the premier name in credit-card processing systems worldwide. When Sears recently contracted with First Data to upgrade their credit-card operations they specified that Pegasystems be the front end instead of First Data's offering. Looks like the two companies decided to take their act on the road: biz.yahoo.com
