Web Site Update, Sounds Great. !!January 28, 2002 Our stock price settled at 15 cents last Friday and our volume is still strong. Our investment banking firm probably had a lot to do with this activity last week. In fact we just put out a press release stating that Donner is officially on board now. We have signed confidentiality agreements with two gold producers and a third company has also expressed an interest in possibly helping the company raise the $3 million it needs to secure the bonding and gain the working capital it needs to commence commercial production at its Mineral Ridge gold mine. Steve is doing presentations and a field trip to the Mineral Ridge mine this Monday and Tuesday with the first of these companies. As of last Friday, the mine still does not have any snow, so if the current storm misses the mine, the tour will be enjoyable. We have seen a flurry of paperwork on the reclamation bond this past week. Everything is still on track and we feel confident that the interim bond will get posted soon. If you have been following this situation these last few months, thanks for being patient with us. It has been draining on those of us close to the problem. January 22, 2002
