"who would do absolutely nothing wrong" Maybe true, IF: -- he pays 10's of millions to Anderson Consulting to design off-balance sheet concealment of debt and expense -- auditors (also Anderson) agree that methodologies used are OK -- the sophistry is kept within the guidelines of the accounting profession and Kenny-Boy was just doing what other more knowledgable people than he were recommending... It's sort of similar to Adolf Eichmann's defence that he was just following orders...... Namaste! Jim
