Along the same line (i. e. market irrationality), after discovering how little some people understand about inflation, it occurred to me that for real peace of mind one should just buy up all the Monopoly sets one can get one's hands on and then put all the money from them in a safe deposit box. Multiply your dollars many fold, overnight!
