Did you have an S-3 reviewed? The law firms I worked with over a 10 year period had 5-10 per year (S-3 and follow-on S-1s) and none were reviewed. It is unlikely that comments would have been forthcoming this soon. The SEC has 30 days to issue comments, although they will work with your time schedule if possible. It will depend on the workload of the reviewers assigned to networking industry. In any event, we will know soon enough when the first amendment to the S-3 is filed.

To Dan: If the SEC does not review the S-3, it can close as soon as the road show is over, if desired. I worked a follow on S-1 that sold in 10 business days.
