On the leakage issue, I have always been surprised that there has been no information emerging from Thailand where WF10 is supposedly approved for use. Even with no formal Phase IV you would have thought that some news would have made it out if there was a significant survival rate for HIV carriers who were being administered the drug. Does this mean (a) that the drug is not really being used in Thailand, (b) there is no evidence that it is prolonging survival rates and reducing morbidity, (c) the news is just not getting out. Any thoughts anyone.
