The assumption here is that Rebecca and the BOD are making intelligent, rational decisions. If that premise is correct (let it be!), then the inference that WF10 looks good is also correct.
There can only be two kinds of response from RK and BOD. 1. Intelligent, rational and I'll add truthful.
2. or other than, ie sneakly, irrational and deceptive
I believe you were first here to mention Enron and another poster with IMCL. For RK and BOD to be any other than #1, then there's OSC scrutiny, investor scrutiny, class action lawsuits (look at IMCL), shadows leading to government and killings (see Enron), jail time, ... that awaits. Not too much to hope for when choosing and treading that path. Life would be miserable. |
