Lorne,
You said, "No, never said it should be disbanded, I said that any half ways intelligent person should feel enough shame from the atrocities committed by muslims that they may seek a more peaceful religion or form a breakaway peaceful form of the muslim religion."
What if a "half way" intelligent person still wants to be a Muslim, even though their own writings justifies this type of violence? Maybe they don't see it that way. What if these "half way" intelligent people subscribe to some parts of the Muslim writings, but not all of them? What do you do about them, if they don't want to form a break away religion and stay with what they already have?
You said, "And never said that all recruitment would cease I was suggesting that again that any half ways intelligent person would not be likely join so violent and fanatical a religion as the islam religion. At least I would hope that this would be the case."
If all "half way" intelligent would not likely join the Islamic faith, who would be left to join, the stupid people? And if so, what would you do about them? And what about the "half way" intelligent people that still join? Then what?
You see, I am just poking holes in your solution to show it will not work. A solution must be more comprehensive.
You said, "Now lets see if I read you correct....in your last post are you saying that the muslim/islam religion does not permit muslims to give evidence on another muslim, even if the guy murdered someone because if they do they are not following the muslim religion to the letter??"
Read their writing to understand my post:
Sahih Bukhari Volume 9, Book 83, Number 50: Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
I asked 'Ali "Do you have anything Divine literature besides what is in the Qur'an?" Or, as Uyaina once said, "Apart from what the people have?" 'Ali said, "By Him Who made the grain split (germinate) and created the soul, we have nothing except what is in the Quran and the ability (gift) of understanding Allah's Book which He may endow a man, with and what is written in this sheet of paper." I asked, "What is on this paper?" He replied, "The legal regulations of Diya (Blood-money) and the (ransom for) releasing of the captives, and the judgment that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for killing a Kafir (disbeliever)."
You see, "The legal regulations of Diya (Blood-money) and the (ransom for) releasing of the captives, and the judgment that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for killing a Kafir (disbeliever)." That's what it says, not what I am saying. If a Muslim gives evidence of another Muslim killing a non-Muslim, it might result in the killing of a Muslim. That is a "no no" as far as I can see.
God Bless, IGIT |
