Fingerprint is not static. Every time you place your finger on the reader you do it slightly differently. In fact, I know of at least one major biometric company software system that will reject a "replay" of a print for that reason. As for costs, USB fingerprint biometric peripherals can be found at retail for less than $100. Finally, fingerprints are much more stable than signature biometrics.

Has CICI made any significant revenues from this biometric?
