Yes, two day meeting, probably on Wednesday AG will make his announcement, but not sure on that, usually it works that way.

I doubt it will melt up, but ya never know.

What is odder, high complacency with high valuations or high complacency with barely a recent up move in the market, just the opposite in fact going from 10,300 to 9700 and 2080 to 1830 or whatever. I think second one is odder. We have had high valuations for years now.

Any way to correlate your CIs with actual moves in each index, maybe on a graph or something, like both ST S&P CI and index price versus time on the same graph?

Is your CI index something like VIX except CI has a truncated range equivalent maybe to, e.g., VIX 23 and 33, anything above or below that gets pegged to 100 or 0, respectively?
