Who are you? While I agree with 1,2, and 4, I don't believe the company in the near term will be able to increase the share price that dramatically. Unless the company gets at least two straight quarters of increasing revenues and earnings I doubt 20 or 30 is possible. The company on release of last quarter earnings stated that the following quarter would be better, but couple of weeks ago they stated it would come in below estimates. I lost a lot of money on this stock and while I don't believe the stock will go much lower, I doubt it will go to your target price.
