Ann, any person so out of touch with truth that he would say I smoked and did not inhale is a sick person. If you have seen the testimony of several who have born witness to sick mr. bill and you choose to not believe them that is your right. If this is the case then I use it to determine you are dumber than dirt when it comes to being able to know truth and lies and that's really what all your observations are about.

I have not excused President Nixon's actions. I've qualified or quantified my own relative rating of depth of depravity and dishonesty. But President Nixon did resign when he fessed up. President Nixon understood what shame was and new what he did was shameful. mr. bill did not and does not. That's the difference. mr. bill is still deluded that it's a vast right wing conspiracy.
