Bob:

The market is waiting for Mr. Greenspan's next move, also watching the Congress for actions. The market may not like Mr. Greenspan's next move, or the lack of actions by the Congress.

This is not the time to enter FBIOX or FNINX.

FBIOX is weak due to more bad news than good news. Some said Imclone Systems is the Enron of biotech. There are also no flu or mass illness this winter. The manager, Brian Younger, did not impress the market observers.

FNINX is in a weak sector. It has a new manager, Sonu Kalra. The previous manager also failed to impress the market.

In the current market the better funds are FSHOX, FSVLX, and FSHCX. FSAGX has been strong, but it has higher risk.
