I suppose the logical outcome of that is that Hutchison Whampoa, Cingular or Sprint or somebody buys Leap to acquire a ready-made city network with spectrum to spare, markets developed and synergies with the hinterlands roaming ability of the buyer.
Or, alternatively, Leap buys the roaming capacity of the bloated Verizon-type companies when they go bust in the race to the bottom.
