Possibly. But then I wonder who his heirs are. They are the only ones who would enjoy the fruits of that labor...

OTOH, there is every likelihood that Duncan couldn't really prove that there was anything other than bad business judgement at work. Have you found illegality in the handling of the SPEs and the conformance to FASB 140? I haven't. Enron spent $27 Million on Anderson services last year so that their chicanery would be legal. I believe it was money well spent. All we have to go on now is obstruction of justice with the paper shredding. That's not Duncan's bailiwick. I got a feeling that Andersen did a pretty good job of the legalistic compliances.
