When you consider the updates to the G4 chip itself, the fact that there are two of them, the higher clock speed, the additional L3 cache, much faster graphics with dual monitor support standard, it looks like this would be a pretty significant performance boost over what you're running now. (Um, what are you running now, exactly? Wasn't it a G4 450?) And it's coming in at a lower price than the previous top of the line went for. Pretty juicy. I'm really going to be interested in seeing the first benchmarks on the new line. - Allen PS: But of course, if you wait, there's a good chance you will be able to get a faster machine later.
