Evening Dale; I have been doing DD on this one for a couple of days but if the preferred stock is being exchanged at this price do you or anybody have any idea of the #shrs. Outstanding now? It must be a well planned operation converting if the shorts are buying to cover and the stock is still sliding. Yahoo research has .05 for year (Jan98) updated 30Jun with 1 moderate buy and I hold. I don,t think the data bases are considering the new # of shares outst. Do you think the preferred holders are converting and then selling. What am I missing here? Are they going to be able to stay on AMEX?
