For what it's worth:

My pharmacist told me this evening, in response to my question, that they have had trouble getting SOME strengths, particularly 500's and up, but have 250's and 125's and 1 only 6-pack of 500's in stock.
This pharmacy is at a large St.Louis grocery chain.

A different pharmacist here told me a month ago that they were seeing only occasional scripts in this store, but that the MUSE activity at the Barnes Hospital Clinic where he worked was heavy.

I also asked about refills; the response I got was 'it's starting to pick up'.
One store does not a trend make, but I was comforted that at least in my one small frame of reference things seem to be going the right way.
