could be... the ever missing piece might be falling into place. confidence. now his majesty 43 is going to reinforce it tonight. how perfect can that be? and from a republican no less. i suggest he move the speech to the department of justice. that way the big TIT will distract tv nation from the speech without forcing him to change it.
