The point was that the Al Quaida at XRAY are not soldiers... they wear no uniforms, have no miltary code of conduct, and have not even fought for a real country's government - they are fighters for a terrorist group that targeted civilians.

If they are classified as POW's they cannot be questioned and must be repatriated to their home countries immediately when a conflict ends.
