Because their pro-forma accounting is b/s, and he looked like a moron trying to defend it and the "value of the 4 way Tyco split-up..."
You can fool the market for a long time, but at some point, all the b/s catches up to the game you have been playing.
I have played TYC long & short, and have done better on the short side..
