I mean, here in Nevada City California... I'm just one pimple on the ass of society. I got the local water Mafia... who i'm paying 4 thousand dollars.... But they're not even my water company. They're not even,,,,"in the water business" But for some damn reason. I'm paying them 4 thousand dollars. (they threaten to shut my water off every month)...(I asked them once what i'm getting for this 4 thousand dollars...and i got some mumbled response...Like 'it's a buyout.'...and we're going to shut your water off... which they did no less than a half dozen times..)... (SO I GAVE THEM 100 dollar bonus...Each time) and i'm thinking...WTF. And then the 'real' water company. Nevada Irrigation district....Shuts off my water for 27 dollars. I'm thinking...Thank god we live in a free country...
