Giora, When you place a restriction of all-or-none you have told the Market Maker you want NONE, NO SHARES, unless he feels like selling you ALL the shares. You can't demand to get filled today and at the same time say don't fill me if it's not all 850 shares! I also had an order in to pick up a small block of stock and got a nothing done report at 4:05pm. I had no restrictions other than price and day-order. Also, by rights if you place an order at the ASK you are guaranteed at least the size, but this is Bulletin Board, and your Broker may be getting paid for order flow to place your order at a not so attractively priced Market Maker. Inquire about WHICH Market maker your order went to, and ask if they pay for order flow... Good Luck! Colin
