jw: Maybe this is just what we need to get many of the Houses on Wall Street to change their corrupt and reckless behavior. Exposure and penalties may be healthy in the long run BUT we could see some serious turbulence in the market if this happens...Fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride....2002 may provide record levels of volatility...=)
