Let us face it man.. Management of CMIV were bums and we were too dumb to trust them.. After they screwed up repeatedly.. I remember when CEO and another insider dumped 100k of shares early 1999 around 10 CAD and we discussed it and gave them the benefit of the doubt.. I even said at that time if I was smart I would be selling.. Just make sure you don't buy into any company where these guys show up.. Also be cautious with Cedera.. Another where management had not delivered.. I sold my big stake in them in 1999 and never went back..
