John, I had the same thought originally. But then I remembered two things - IMPN was at 3.50 when the 1st deal was announced, and secondly, the first few % of IMPN would be available at 2.5 or so - anyone trying to acquire 40% of the total (not just the float) would probably have to pay more than 3.5 for a sizable chunk since that level of demand would send the price significantly up unless done over a long time (with higher associated transaction costs) Just my thoughts, Scott
