So goes January, so goes the year!! Yes, after you've heard so many times in the past several weeks about how rare a 3 in a row scenario is for the major averages, its shaping up to do just that. I'm not sure on the percentage decline, but we are surely down at least 2 to 3% for the year on every major average. When money managers holding BILLIONS sent from Mom and Pop America refuse to invest this money even in January, it sets up a negative signal going forward. The last time we had three down years occurred from 1929-1933!! Can't get a break folks, it looks like we'll be paying for the 98-99 bubble again in 2002!!!
