re: Got my qwest bill yesterday--- $4.50 for the month. Technology, concentrated in communications, is a wonderful thing, and is going to transform the world. But, all too often, it's wonderful for the consumer of technology, not for investors. The railroad transformed the world, but most stocks in railroad companies eventually went to zero. The commercial airline industry, same thing. The current Information Revolution, could be the same pattern. A lot of Global Crossing shareholders have learned this, the hard way.
