While large amounts of insider selling are never a good omen, you also have to look at how the market has treated SUNW price wise as they continued to beat the Street estimates. I can't blame them all for wanting to lock in a fat profit this year, even if they know business will be strong. The market didn't reward shareholders for continuing with great numbers until just recently, and since SUNW isn't considered one of the new nifty fifty (more like 10) that every fund has got to own regardless of value (which sets this stock apart from the rest of the ridiculous PEG ratios), the price can deflate rapidly for no solid reason. Congrats to management for reaping the rewards of their great work! Cheers, Peter Shaw
