Harold, JTS had 113 million shares outstanding 5 weeks ago (May 30). I believe there were 150 million shares authorized. I don't know what the current numbers are, although JTS IR might give you the answer. As far as I know, JTS should have no problem staying on the AMEX. Looks like we're in for a wild ride, buckle up! BTW, does anyone know why the bid/ask numbers almost always expand after the market closes? Regards - Dale
