1. AA is way ahead of you. The new company was formed over a year ago. It seems the name was specifically chosen to distance it from the old name. It is called Accenture. [Actually, I shouldn't have told you, it would make a great Jeopardy Question] [I can see it now, The Categories are "Places", "Accounting Fraud",....] However, the fact of the matter remains, that without the advantage of controlling the audit process, which audits are required by LAW, the future of the consulting division as basically a computer manager and a business consultant is somewhat........... unclear.

2. Also, for those of you who keep making personal attacks on the Lays, you are going to lose sight of the big picture here. This is not about a fraud case. If it were, it would hardly be worth talking about. This is about corruption and stupidity and the financial structure of the capital markets. Be careful where you dissipate your energies.
