What is this, The Weakest Link?<g> I have no idea what the Secretary of the Army makes, but I don't care. The best campaign finance reform is not spending limits, but rather disclosure. People should be able to show their support with $$, but we all ought to know who is showing support and by how much. Voters can make choices with that information in mind, to lend to the mix. In states like Virginia where it's been law for some time, it works.
