Tonight I was reviewing AMAT historical stock splits for some cost basis research I was doing. Since I had the numbers in hand, I thought I would post the data here for the helluvit. Trivia: If I calculated the numbers correctly, 1 share in 1980 would have split into 144 shares today, AMAT splits on average every 2 years 10 months at an average price of $72.34.
