You are looking at the tree and not the forest of deception surrounding you.<< Naw, Molly & I go way back. As to the forest of deception, I try to keep the fir outa my eyes and stay mad about yew. I too pine for a time when truth was simple, and it was easy to spot the bad guys at the Oak-A Corral. I have no doubt that the Holocaust happened, but the details get blurry after that, because of secrecy and lies. I'm not lulled into the false sense that Uncle Sam is telling the truth when he's been inta the cooking sherry agin. But Molly sometimes sees 'pure bonehead' when I see someone studying 'The Prince' on Cliff notes. And whether someone views the US as a shrewd 600-lb gorilla or a drunken 600-lb gorilla, I think they're still far more cautious at its approach than when they thought it was a big monkey.
