The conflicts in this are astounding.>>I'd agree that Walsh should have either gone one way or the other with regard to CIT...If his assistance was critically necessary, he should have abstained from CIT related votes on the board or take a leave of absence during the purchase. But the markets' apparent reaction, over 200x the 20 million, seems more that a trifle overdone.
