Ditzil,

That is correct. Jain did say that essentially the recurring revenue for Q4 was 27 million plus about 4 million of non recurring revenue for the 31 + million total reported. Next quarter they will remove the 4 million of short term non-recurring revenue from the projection and report 28 million. So the 28 million is the committed recurring revenue that INSP has already "booked".

For the whole of 2002 INSP has 100 million of such revenue committed.

As I have stated (MO), INSP gauge for growth is not in bottom line revenue numbers. INSP is pricing their services at very competitive rates in order to gain market share. Market share growth is essential in a down market environment.

They also changed the merchant platform from a free service to a membership fee based service. This has effectively ridded INSP of the less desirable type of business client that may have used up INSP resources without adding much revenues back or were simply not good long term prospects. The clients left now contribute directly to the bottom line. Jain wanted to get away from the revenue model of depending on online advertising...you know the pop up ads, banner ads, exploding graphic ads, and that sort of thing.

After watching GX, XOXO, MCLD, ENE it is nice to see a company act responsibly for the long haul. I noticed that there were several analysts at this cc from various banks and they asked good questions.

INSP is not there yet, but they are on the way. The AT&T venture involving shopping will be interesting to watch.
