Runes, You are obviously part of the 15% who is negative on bush. I dont buy into your third point at all. And if we continue to be vigilant there will be less terrorists alive to do evil to us. Your analogy is similar to saying we shouldnt have fought WW2 because we would end up in a war, albeit cold, with the Soviets. The drug war parralel only works if we are not resolute in destroying the enemy by all means necessary. I think that was the essence of what bush said. It is cynical to believe that he is not tortured every day by the fear of another terror attack. Perhaps 51/2 months out we have forgotten what the enemy is like. Mike
