Yes, holding up ambulances is terrible. Having a soldier shot by hidden gunmen when he looks in an ambulance is terrible too. Both have happened. If he didn't look, suicide bombers would use them. There is no doubt of it. Terrorists hide among civilians. The Israelis are the West Bank and Gaza to protect their state, because the Arabs started wars in 67 and 73 to destroy Israel. Then they lost the wars. Let's not forget how this got started. As for Arafat's recognition of Israel, he lied. Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Saudia Arabia and all the other Arab countries, except for Egypt and Jordan, have never recognized Israel. They have just shifted from direct war to proxy and PR war. If this conflict were really just between the Israelis and the Palestinians, it might have been solved long ago.
