Spending $1 billion a day is what does not help with a slow economy and high energy bills. WHo the hell is going to pay all that money? He said small deficits? How about HUGE deficits. Also, have you guys compared your energy bill this year from last and the year before? Or is Nevada the only state with a 73% increase and with the power company asking for 25% more?
