Jon: Download this file and UnZip it. nanpa.com Open it in Excel and click on the NY tab at the bottom. Then use the Find function and search for Cricket. You will find the Syracuse and Buffalo CO codes and their issue dates. You will see the Buffalo Exchange code was issued in mid Jan. If you download the Central Code database. You will find that CO codes have already been issued for Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Saginaw/Bay City, and Lansing. Additionally, you will see that the CLLI codes for the switches have already been issued for those markets. Which means the Switchs are in and operating.. Since Jackson, MI uses the Lansing Switch. But. Lansing service has not been lauched. This is why I say that Lansing, Grand Rapids, Muskegon, and Saginaw are launch ready. Already built out. PCSTEL PCSTEL
