The investing public gets suckered again. CNBC talks endlessly about "off-sheet balance obligations" and how "maybe if it's too complicated, you should just sell it and ask questions later," so the lemmings sell energy, banks, and communications to rush into restaurant stocks.

Makes it easy for the brokers to churn accounts and get cheap stock for their favorite institutions, though.

PS: If reporters had to understand 10% of what they talk about, would there be any TV business news?
