Nah, looks like I timed this one right. From Briefing.com:

2:45PM AOL upped by Thomas Weisel (AOL) 25.48 -1.22: -- Update -- Thomas Weisel upgrades to STRONG BUY from Buy and reiterates $47 price target, saying that the mkt has become far too negative on the stock; believes that mgmt guidance is conservative, especially as it assumes no recovery in advertising in 2002, and that advertising could in fact recover in 2H02. Upcoming catalysts could include: 1) earnings surprises above a more conservative plan, 2) accretive acquisitions, and 3) broadband access rollout deals with other MSOs as well as on TW Cable.
