Thanks Dennis, I hadn't realized that the driver problem was that serious with peripherals used on an XP o/s. Thank you for bringing it up here. My guru geek buddy in California hates Windows XP that he was asked to test by the company last summer when betas were distributed to programmers and just geeks who enjoy testing software on a dummy machine that can take abuse.

Anyway, I am sure I will end up with XP some day ------- preferably when all the bugs are ironed out.
