Peter:
Technological obsolescence is always an issue with small, upstart, start up companies. IMNSHO at this point I do not feel that NUKO is losing its edge in the marketplace. If they were I doubt that ORCL or any other co would be partnering with them. While I am pissed about the screw ups of the past I remain hopeful over the next 6mos.
I spoke with TS this afternoon but learned nothing as they are reluctant to say anything to anyone as the qtr just ended (does the term SCUM-BAG lawyer ring a bell) and they are in a quiet period. unless the info is meaningful and subject to a news release I doubt any info will be out before July 24th. The current price has nothing to do with the value. At this level the stock is trading as if the have no business going foward while quite the contrary is true. It is unfortunate that some people equate success with market value. Do you remember Penn Central, Equity Funding, Informax? and the beat goes on. It has been truly said "everyone knows the price but few know the value". Don't let the price dictate the value to you!!!!
