ELN - a fair warning - I've been down that road before.

For the record - I won't give a heads-up on a stock unless I have enough history on it to trust the management. I learned about ELN back in '97 when they bought out a small cap that I was holding (Neurex if I remember correctly). I took the money and ran only to watch ELN keep on going. Ironically today gave me the opportunity to get back in at about where I passed it by.

Second - I also wanted to post it to add fuel to the Enron fallout discussion. IMO - the fallout is going to present more buying opportunities then it will broken companies. (I enjoy bottom feeding after the big money does a panic sell).

Sam - Insiders hold 5%, last quarter they bought 1.7 mil shares net. The company also has 1.7 bil in cash against an market cap of around 10 bil - so there is the opportunity for a stock buyback. No insider selling in the last year.
But I suspect your point was TYC which I should have been paying more attention to.
