Are you privy to the same intelligence briefings as the President?

Not that I've been informed.

Do you think the current dictator in N. Korea is playing with a full deck?

Let's put it this way. I wouldn't want him for a neighbor. <g>

As far as being proud of YOUR president, I find that to be a bit superficial. Every politician is a mixed bag of talents and motivations. I find Dubya to be very personable, and to have some nice human qualities. He's telegenic, which is a plus. The Afghani campaign went well, as far as it went, which is a feather in GWB's cap. But let's face the facts. We haven't captured or killed Osama Bin Laden, so on one level, Bush has failed in his foreign goals. He's plainly joined at the hip with Kenny Boy Lay, and you can't possibly say that this is a positive thing for the nation. And then there's all this dang stonewalling on information from the Administration. Sheesh, to say "I'm proud of MY president" seems to be a simplistic, unexamined and boosterish bit of Babbittry.
