When someone makes a claim like yours, they typically have the courtesy to provide a title and a URL to the document in question.

You seem to be merely throwing this up in my face, as if you are flummoxed and unable to rationally debate your points. It won't work, KLP. It's a lousy way to give your argument gravitas.

I'll make an exception to that request for the URL in this instance, since I have read copious press reports and news analysis on the purported North Korean military capability. I have read enough to conclude that our domestic war-mongers are producing lies, just as much as they did in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s about Russian offensive capabilities in order to bolster military spending in the U.S. It's all the same thing. Surprisingly, they show no embarrassment at the fact that their hysterical call for budgets is now based on an impoverished and miniscule patch of miserable humanity, rather than the Russian Empire. What chutzpah.
